The Part-Time Weeknight/Weekend Supervisor oversees evening and weekend operations of the Garrison Activity & Conference Center, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment while supporting events and providing excellent customer service.Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise building operations during assigned shifts. Support events, room setups, and facility inspections. Assist students, faculty, staff, and guests. Supervise student employees. Operate the campus ID card system, including issuing, replacing, updating the ID card report, and troubleshooting ID cards. Monitor facility safety, security, and cleanliness. Report maintenance, custodial, and security concerns. Troubleshoot minor building and audiovisual equipment issues. Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Customer service or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events and on an as-needed basis during the summer.
