EVS Manager at Insight Global, LLC in Sherwood, Arkansas, United States Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EVS Manager to lead a high-performing team within a large hospital environment in Sherwood, AR. This role will oversee a diverse group of supervisors and frontline EVS staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining team accountability and meeting all KPI measures.
• Ensure consistent communication regarding operational needs with the EVS Market Director, Human Resources and EVS team members.
• Proactively managing daily operations and addressing issues with a positive mindset.
• Collaborating with nursing leadership and making sound operational decisions. Pay rate
• $25-30/hr Shift
