The Site General Manager will lead a $100M manufacturing operation with approximately 100 employees, overseeing all aspects of site performance including operations, financial results, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Reporting to executive leadership, this role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing a high-performing leadership team, and ensuring successful execution of complex aerospace and defense programs.Key Responsibilities:
Lead all site functions including manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, program management, and support operations. Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and performance management initiatives. Own site performance, including revenue growth, profitability, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery. Develop and execute strategic plans that support business objectives and future growth. Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team and culture of accountability.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field. 10+ years of leadership experience within aerospace and defense electronics manufacturing. Proven experience leading a manufacturing site, business unit, or division. Demonstrated success improving operational performance and driving continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence methodologies. Experience working within highly regulated aerospace and defense environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.Compensation:
$200,000 - $225,000 base salary plus bonus. CODE:
