Job Description
Mohave College is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Operations Coordinator to support Student Life & Community Engagement. This role is at the center of the action—helping bring student programs, leadership initiatives, events, and administrative operations to life. Reporting to the Dean of Student Life & Community Engagement, you'll be a trusted connector across campus, balancing coordination, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days look the same. What We'll Love About You You're the kind of person who thrives on keeping things organized, moving, and running smoothly—even when things get busy. You're confident working with leadership, interpreting policies, and making smart decisions when guidance is broad or evolving. You enjoy being the "go-to" person who helps coordinate meetings, events, projects, and details that make big things happen. You handle sensitive information with care, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility. You bring energy, initiative, and a genuine commitment to supporting students and creating a great campus experience. What You'll Love About Us You'll be trusted to do meaningful work with real impact—not just tasks, but contributions that shape student engagement and success. You'll be part of a campus culture that values collaboration, creativity, and people who step up and take initiative. You'll work closely with leadership and partners across campus, giving you visibility and variety in your day-to-day work. You'll join a team that believes work should be both purposeful and enjoyable—we take what we do seriously, but we like to have fun doing it.
