Hours:
7:00 am - 8:00 pm, 3 days per week
Potential Overtime:
½ shift on a 4th day
Compensation:
$20.00/hour to start , with raises at 30 days and 90 days
Location Requirement:
Must already live in the Sedona/Verde Valley area (no relocation)

We are seeking an energetic, responsible, and personable Innkeeper to join our close‑knit team. This is a highly interactive, fast‑moving role ideal for someone who thrives in guest‑facing hospitality and enjoys being active throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Guest Check‑In & Check‑Out — Provide warm, polished service while managing arrivals and departures. Phone & Reservation Management — Answer calls, book rooms, manage dining reservations, and assist guests with questions. Concierge Services — Offer local recommendations; commission available through partner companies. Guest Greeting & Seating — Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with seating for the restaurant. Property Tours During Check‑In — Provide a brief, welcoming tour of the property during check‑in to orient guests and highlight key features. Housekeeping Coordination — Organize daily housekeeping schedules and support team flow. Room Inspections — Inspect rooms prior to arrival to ensure they meet Casa Sedona standards. Light Cleaning Duties — Assist with small cleaning tasks around the inn and restaurant.
