Job Description

Job Overview This is not a sales role . This position focuses on business operations, customer coordination, and pre-sales / post-sales support. We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast-learning bilingual Spanish speaking Business Operations Coordinator to support our growing solar energy and energy storage business. You will work closely with the founder, technical support team, and external partners to ensure customer inquiries, internal coordination, and daily business operations are handled efficiently and professionally. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to undertake business travel as required.(approximately 15% or 3-4 days per month.)
Responsibilities:
Customer Coordination & Support Manage and respond to customer inquiries via Email, Zoom, and messaging platforms Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales communication Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive customer experience Business Operations Coordinate order processing and internal workflows Track tasks, timelines, and operational activities Maintain accurate records and documentation Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with internal teams and external partners Coordinate meetings, trainings, and customer communications Support workflow alignment and internal communication Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency Support development of streamlined workflows Contribute to improving team productivity
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM systems Fast learner with ability to understand technical products Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
Preferred:
