Acting as the liaison between leadership, department teams, and external vendors, this role tracks key operational metrics, identifies process efficiency, manages logistics workflows, and implements systems that scale operational output
Duties Process Optimization:
Audit existing workflows to identify friction points, redundancies, or bottlenecks; design and implement streamlined standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with logistics, customer support, supply chain, and finance teams to coordinate daily operations and resolve service/supply disruptions.
Data Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor Operational KPIs (cycle times, error rates, fulfillment accuracy, resource utilization)
Vendor & Supply Chain Management:
Assist with vendor procurement, contract compliance, inventory tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
Compliance & Systems Admin:
Ensure business activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards Experience Education - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience - 1-3 years of project coordination experience. Core competencies - Strong analytical problem-solving, process mapping, project management, and cross-departmental communication skills.. Good communication skills in English, Mandarin speaking preferred Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
