This individual will oversee multiple departments, including the kitchen, bar, gift shop, and facilities. The Operations Director will supervise an experienced Operations Manager, who is responsible for show-time through closing operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader dedicated to achieving operational excellence, promoting team accountability, and delivering a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities Lead department managers and crew members, ensuring accountability across all areas of operations. Supervise and support the Operations Manager to ensure continuity throughout day and night shifts. Oversee daily operations, with an emphasis on pre-show readiness and daytime logistics. Coordinate effectively between daytime and evening operations to maintain consistency. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for both guests and crew. Act as a liaison with local municipalities and community organizations. Collaborate closely with departments such as show production, sales, reservations, marketing, HR, and finance to align operational activities with overall business goals. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management in partnership with the HR team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations at all times.

Take ownership of outcomes and lead with integrity. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years' experience in operations management, preferably within hospitality, entertainment, or themed attractions. Proven track record of leadership, managing teams and supervisors. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of California labor laws and health regulations. Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is preferred. Ability to speak both English and Spanish is advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range:
Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
Bonus Potential:
Annual performance-based bonus up to 10-15%.
