Job Description

A growing life sciences organization in Carlsbad is looking for a People Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day people programs while partnering closely with leadership. This role combines HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and HRIS management. You'll be the person leadership relies on to make sure HR processes actually work — while also serving as a trusted resource for employees.
