Schedule:

Key Responsibilities Account ManagementBusiness Development Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for assigned strategic customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts and actively support new business development initiatives. Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and long-term needs. Operational Collaboration Work hand-in-hand with our warehouse operations team to ensure customer execution requirements and service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Learn internal warehouse operations thoroughly to effectively translate customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Lead and participate in customer meetings, facility tours, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and operational discussions. Continuous Improvement Maintain a high sense of urgency and accountability to resolve customer issues rapidly. Take initiative to identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to elevate the customer experience. QualificationsRequirements ExperienceEducation 3 to 5 years of professional experience in account management, business development, customer success, or logistics sales.
Industry Experience:
Direct experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, 3PL, transportation, or international trade is preferred.
Supply Chain Familiarity:
Experience working directly with importers, manufacturers, or Asia-to-U.S. supply chains is highly desirable.
LanguageCultural Competency Bilingual Fluency:
Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal) is strictly required.
Cultural Awareness:
Deep understanding of, or strong interest in, Chinese business culture, with the confidence to navigate international business relationships smoothly.
