Job Description
Now hiring a Operations Transportation Manager experienced in leading a start-up operation, balancing staff schedules, planning commercial routes, partnering with on-site client staff , and adjusting Standard Operation Procedures to fit site requirements. What you'll get: Pay rate is $90,000 - 107,000 / annual depending on experience Health Benefits, PTO, 401K, etc. What you'll need: 5 Years Experience as a Transportation Manager 1 Year Experience with Air Freight Ability to pass a drug screen What you'll do: Operation Schedule is Monday - Friday 7 AM ; rotation for Sunday route planning 1 PM Manage operation and 20+ employees Oversee dispatch, review delivery protocol, approve payroll, and submit freight billing. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Report on performance, incidents, and safety concerns. This pay range outlined herein is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Other compensation includes referral bonus opportunities.
