Valcor Security, a growing Los Angeles private security company (CA

), is hiring a
Director of Field Operations:
the company's senior presence in the field, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a working directorship. You lead from the field, not from a desk.
WHAT YOU OWN
  • Site standards, SOPs, and post orders across all client accounts, enforced on every visit
  • The field training program: every new officer trained and signed off before working alone
  • The Field Supervisor team: build it, lead it, develop Post Commanders beneath it
  • New site launches: post orders, staffing coordination, first-week on-site presence
  • Client-facing presence: monthly visits at every account as the face of the company
  • Field emergency escalation and critical coverage response
  • A seat at the leadership table: management meetings, quarterly reviews, growth strategy
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active BSIS Guard Card in good standing
  • 3+ years security field leadership (site supervision, multi-site, or operations management)
  • Valid CA driver's license, clean record, reliable insured vehicle; daily multi-site travel is inherent to the role
  • Able to work any post and hold a clear working understanding of every position's post orders
  • Availability as operations require: evenings, weekends, and emergency response included
  • Minimum 40 billable field hours per week; this is a hands-on field role
  • Professional appearance at company standard at all times
  • Comfortable with scheduling/reporting software (Belfry or similar)
PREFERRED
  • Military or law enforcement background
  • Experience training officers and writing post orders
  • Loss prevention or high-end residential/commercial portfolio experience
Compensation:
$68,640/year, W2 salaried exempt. 60-day introductory period. Equal opportunity employer.
