Commercial Janitorial Services Citrus Heights, CA Pay:

Starting at $55k/year We are a growing commercial janitorial services company expanding our presence in the Citrus Heights / Sacramento region. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee service delivery across multiple custodial accounts in the area and build strong, lasting client relationships as our regional footprint grows. What You'll Do Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Citrus Heights-area clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality service Train, coach, and support janitorial staff and Night Supervisors Partner with the Admin Team and Controller to keep operations on budget Deliver initial, ongoing, and safety (BBP) training to janitorial staff Walk each site to assess needs, set cleaning routines, and build task schedules Roll out new service programs and manage the transition to steady-state operations Visit each account at least weekly to maintain visibility and confirm work meets company standards Screen and interview candidates for open positions across accounts Order and install equipment/supplies at new and existing accounts; manage inventory Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance Maintain accurate MSDS documentation for all accounts Tailor required logs and documentation with the Admin Team for each account Review and approve employee timesheets; submit to Payroll on schedule What You Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to build trust, lead teams, and solve problems on the fly Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites/priorities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Valid driving record required Must be authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation for regular travel between Citrus Heights-area sites We are expanding operations in the greater Sacramento region and offer a supportive, team-oriented environment with real growth opportunity as our client portfolio in the area increases.
