WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Livestream Operations Coordinator (Co-Host) , you'll support all aspects of our livestream business from start to finish. You'll help: Prepare products and inventory before livestreams Assist hosts during live shows and keep operations running smoothly Monitor livestream operations in real time Coordinate with fulfillment and other team members Maintain accurate inventory and product records Help troubleshoot and solve problems during livestreams Support multiple livestream channels and product categories Learn and assist with sales strategies and livestream performance Help create an organized, efficient, and high-energy livestream environment You'll also gain hands-on experience with sales strategy, team coordination, host development, and livestream management while learning how successful livestream channels are built and operated. This role is designed to give you exposure to every part of the business, creating opportunities for future growth into leadership and management positions .

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment Ambitious and motivated to grow with the company and take on greater responsibilities over time Open to learning new technology, social media trends, and evolving livestream strategies Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable taking direction, receiving feedback, and continuously improving Previous experience in livestreaming, e-commerce, retail, customer service, or operations is a plus, but not required We're especially interested in candidates who are early in their careers, eager to learn, highly adaptable, and looking for an opportunity to grow into larger responsibilities and leadership roles over time.
