Role Description As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will support the U.S. Sales and Service teams by coordinating projects, analyzing sales and operational data, managing CRM information, improving processes, and collaborating with China-based teams. You will serve as a key connection between the U.S. and China teams, helping communicate requests, coordinate initiatives, identify operational issues, and ensure projects and improvements are followed through to completion. Job Duties Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance, including leads, conversions, revenue, and sales activity. Maintain and monitor CRM data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Create and update sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Identify sales and operational problems and investigate the root cause. Work with the Sales and Operations teams to understand challenges and improve processes. Coordinate projects and initiatives between U.S. and China teams, including tracking timelines, action items, and deliverables. Communicate U.S. team requests, feedback, and operational issues to China-based teams. Follow up with China teams on CRM updates, system changes, product experiments, and operational requests. Track project progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and help ensure tasks are completed on time. Identify trends and opportunities that can improve sales performance and operational efficiency. Support Sales and Operations leadership with data, reporting, project coordination, and recommendations. Take ownership of operational issues and projects from identification through resolution.
