This position includes managing and providing support to Site Supervisors, helping to coordinate schedules, improve cleaning procedures, and ensure all health and safety standards are consistently met. A company vehicle is provided, along with participation in a year-end bonus program. The Operations Manager will report directly to the VP of Operations and have the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, high-performing team. As the company continues its rapid growth, we're seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to streamline operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to driving operational efficiency and supporting the company's continued growth and success. Salary Position | $ 70,304 yearly
Qualifications:
Must be available to Travel within the USA (overnights stays) Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) Must have Valid Drivers license with a Clean DMV report Must have Current Identifications for travel Ability to float between shifts to conduct effective training as required, this will include weekends as needed. Strong problem solving skills required. Minimum 3 years of experience working as a supervisor in a distribution center environment with people leader experience is a strong plus Strong attention to details, highly organized, stellar communication. Ability to effectively create/update related SOPs as required. A passion for working in a fast-paced environment. High energy level and be self-motivated. Manage quality assurance programs, and strategize process improvements. Be an active participant in yearly audits at various sites. Perform internal audits on our sites, evaluate any discrepancies . documented processes and daily/weekly/monthly yearly operations. Indirectly oversee contingent employees while working closely with the supervisor to ensure labor needs are met. Provide leadership direction and support to the facility through participation on the facility leadership team and by positively interfacing with distribution support teams such as Safety, Quality, Process, Planning, and Maintenance. Ensure a best-in-class Safety, Environmental, and Health culture by leading by example and adhering to and improving upon existing processes and programs. In partnership with Human Resources, develop associate recognition, succession, and training programs. Establish departmental expectations and drive accountability. Analyze and improve upon key distinctions that will impact sanitation performance and efficiencies. Supervise safety operations of heavy equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, etc) under OSHA specifications.Language:
