Weyerhaeuser seeks an Area General Manager to lead multi-site manufacturing operations within our sustainably managed wood products business. You will own regional P&L, drive a strong safety culture, and ensure reliable, high-quality production that meets customer and financial targets. Partnering with mill, forestry, and corporate teams, you'll optimize capacity, implement continuous improvement, and align resources to market demand. You will develop leaders, build an accountable, inclusive culture, and represent Weyerhaeuser in the community while advancing our sustainability and operational excellence goals.
