2989949517-2 Apply for this job now Job Description MV Transportation seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead daily transit operations within our passenger transportation services. In this role, you will supervise drivers and operations staff, coordinate routes and fleet availability, and ensure safe, on-time paratransit, fixed-route, and shuttle service. You will monitor safety, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics while resolving service issues and supporting customer satisfaction. Working closely with maintenance and dispatch, you will help drive continuous improvement and uphold MV's culture of safety, respect, and community-focused service. Responsibilities Oversee daily transit operations to ensure on-time, safe passenger service. Supervise, coach, and schedule drivers and operations staff. Monitor safety, regulatory compliance, and incident reporting. Coordinate routes, dispatch, and fleet availability to meet service levels. Track performance metrics and implement process improvements. Resolve service issues and support customer satisfaction goals. Collaborate with maintenance and scheduling teams on fleet readiness. Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development. Prepare basic operational reports and communicate results to management. Support a culture of safety, respect, and community-focused service.
