Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support daily operations, administrative management, and organizational coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient workflows, supporting leadership initiatives, and maintaining smooth business operations. This position offers a clear growth path, with opportunities for promotion to Operations Manager based on performance and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations and managing organizational resources Support the implementation of operational and strategic plans aligned with company goals Maintain and manage the school's internal systems and Google Sheets Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations Perform weekly and monthly bookkeeping support and assist in financial tracking and reporting Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Support Human Resources functions, including hiring coordination, onboarding, training, scheduling, and payroll administration Assist leadership with operational planning, reporting, and administrative initiatives Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts, or a related field Previous experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Career Growth Opportunity for promotion to Operations Manager based on performance, leadership capability, and business growth.
