We're seeking a professional, personable, and detail-oriented Reservations & Events Coordinator to join our Irvine-based corporate team. About the Role As the Reservations & Events Coordinator , you will serve as a first point of contact for our venues. You will answer phone calls and emails, manage guest reservations, assist with booking private and special events, and coordinate communication between guests and our internal teams. This is an in-person, part-time position specifically scheduled for Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays . Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional, timely, and friendly manner Manage reservations across multiple restaurants, bars, and nightclub venues Respond to inquiries regarding availability, venue information, events, and special accommodations Assist guests with booking private parties, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and other special events Gather event details, including preferred dates, estimated guest counts, venue preferences, and special requests Provide guests with available event options and coordinate inquiries with venue managers and event teams Follow up with prospective event clients and maintain accurate records of event inquiries and bookings Maintain organized reservation and event calendars, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date Coordinate VIP reservations and special requests with management and host teams Support general administrative tasks and daily office operations Uphold DCB Hospitality Group's standards for hospitality and guest service Qualifications Previous office, front desk, reservations, events, or customer service experience preferred Professional phone and email etiquette with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and follow-up skills Positive, friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality Comfortable communicating with guests interested in private and special-event bookings Able to work independently and collaboratively with a small team Must be available to work
