Schedule:

Availability between 10:00 AM-4:00 PM is required, with weekend availability (Friday-Monday) being essential. About Us Desert Rose Property Management specializes in luxury vacation rental turnovers and high-end residential properties. We're rapidly expanding throughout the Coachella Valley and are mass hiring dependable subcontractors who are committed to delivering five-star results. This is not a position for someone looking to do the bare minimum. We hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards, and we're looking for professionals who take pride in their work and genuinely care about quality. Compensation This is a 1099 subcontractor position paid per job (not hourly). Per-clean rates typically range from $80

• 200+ per property, depending on size, condition, and turnover requirements Larger luxury homes and deep turnovers may pay $200
• 350+ per clean Average experienced subcontractors earn approximately $700
• 2,000+ per week, depending on availability, speed, and number of properties accepted Performance bonuses may be offered for: Consistently high guest review scores Zero re-cleans or quality issues Last-minute or same-day turnover acceptance High-volume reliability during peak seasons Top-performing teams and individuals are prioritized for higher-paying properties and more frequent assignments Earnings are directly tied to performance, reliability, and capacity.

What We're Looking For We're especially interested in applicants who: Have Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, or professional residential cleaning experience Work with a reliable cleaning partner or team (preferred) Can take on multiple properties each week Have flexible availability Are interested in growing into leadership, quality control, inspections, or operations support Have reliable transportation Communicate professionally and respond promptly Consistently notice the small details that create five-star guest experiences Responsibilities Complete luxury vacation rental turnovers Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards Stage homes to luxury hospitality standards Report damages or maintenance concerns Restock guest supplies Take before and after photos Perform quality inspections before leaving each property Growth Opportunities We believe in promoting from within.
