This role offers the opportunity to serve as a key business partner across multiple functions and help support the continued growth and scalability of the organization. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director of Business Operations will play a vital role in strengthening infrastructure, improving processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across the firm.
Position SummaryThe Director of Business Operations will provide leadership across several core areas of the business, including fund administration, operations, compliance, human resources, technology, and office management. This individual will be instrumental in enhancing organizational effectiveness, driving operational excellence, and supporting long-term business objectives.
This is a highly collaborative position within a supportive, team-oriented culture that values professionalism, knowledge sharing, and continuous development.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee fund administration activities, including board communications, regulatory updates, vendor management, financial oversight, tax coordination, and due diligence support.
Manage operational workflows and strategic initiatives that support business growth, including service provider agreements, product planning, and new product launches.
Support compliance-related activities, including policy reviews, regulatory filings, and committee participation.
Lead key human resources processes in partnership with external providers, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation administration, and employee development.
Oversee technology and information security initiatives in coordination with external technology partners.
Manage office operations, business continuity planning, facilities-related matters, and other infrastructure needs.
Participate in cross-functional committees and contribute to firm-wide initiatives and special projects as needed.
