Job Description

Storer Transit Systems is seeking an Operations Manager dedicated to our demand-response, paratransit, and microtransit services. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of ADA regulations, a passion for accessibility, and the technical aptitude to manage dynamic routing software to optimize trips per hour.
Compensation:
$103,000 - $110,000 (DOE) +
Comprehensive Benefits Key Responsibilities:
ADA & Service Compliance:
Ensure 100% compliance with all ADA regulations, including strict adherence to 30-minute pickup windows, ride-time comparability, and zero-trip-denial mandates.
Microtransit & Scheduling Optimization:
Oversee the utilization of dynamic scheduling platforms (e.g., Via Mobility) to maximize system productivity, achieving or exceeding the benchmark of 2.0+ passengers per revenue hour.
Call Center & Dispatch Leadership:
Manage the reservation and dispatch team, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient trip negotiation, and strict enforcement of the passenger "no-show" policy.
Sensitivity & Training:
Work alongside the Safety & Training Manager to ensure all operators are highly proficient in wheelchair securement, ADA announcements, and passenger sensitivity.
