A growing healthcare services organization in Oceanside is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily workflows, staffing coordination, customer experience, and operational performance. You'll work closely with department leadership to ensure the organization is operating efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve processes, staffing, communication, and service delivery.
