Job Description

Description If you're naturally the person who sees a problem before everyone else does, this is your role. A growing healthcare services organization in Oceanside is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily workflows, staffing coordination, customer experience, and operational performance. You'll work closely with department leadership to ensure the organization is operating efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve processes, staffing, communication, and service delivery. What you'll manage

+ Oversee daily operational workflows

+ Supervise and support administrative/operations staff

+ Monitor staffing and scheduling needs

+ Develop and maintain operational procedures

+ Track performance metrics and service levels

+ Resolve escalated customer or operational issues

+ Coordinate with HR on employee matters

+ Assist with recruiting and onboarding

+ Monitor supply and operational needs

+ Review operational reports

+ Identify process bottlenecks

+ Implement workflow improvements

+ Support compliance initiatives

+ Lead department projects and process changes

+ Report operational performance to leadership Requirements + 4-6+ years of operations, healthcare administration, or business management experience

+ Previous supervisory or management experience

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication

+ Comfortable analyzing operational data

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills

+ Experience with healthcare operations preferred
