  • 401(k) with a 100% match on your first 4% Work Location Based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA Travel to job sites within ~50 miles Home most nights (no extended travel) What You'll Do Lead and manage 5-25 field employees across multiple job sites Oversee projects ranging from $5K to $1.
5M Plan and adjust schedules, manpower, and productivity Set daily direction for installers and technicians Serve as the field leader and customer point of contact Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies Perform quality control audits and ensure compliance Manage materials, equipment, and job execution Train and coach field staff to improve performance Communicate updates, risks, and forecasts to leadership Drive accountability for schedule, quality, and profitability
What We're Looking For Required Experience:
6+ years leading crews in commercial construction Experience managing 10+ employees across multiple projects Background in: Drywall Firestopping Waterproofing Insulation or similar interior trades Experience running multiple job sites simultaneously Strong ability to manage schedule, manpower, and budgets
Preferred:
