This candidate will beresponsible for the leadership, strategy, and day-to-day operations of Adriana's Traffic School. This role manages a team of high-energy, customer-focused instructors, ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional service, meet sales targets, and maintain compliance with DMV requirements. The ideal candidate combines coaching ability, sales leadership, and operational excellence to drive growth, improve client satisfaction, and maintain the integrity of our educational services.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support a team of traffic school instructors focused on sales, education, and compliance. Provide daily coaching and performance feedback to improve sales conversion, client retention, and service quality. Monitor KPIs such as enrollment rates, retention, completed certificates, and call conversion rates. Foster a motivating team environment that promotes accountability, collaboration, and achievement. Operations & Compliance Ensure the traffic school complies with all DMV, court, and state regulatory requirements. Oversee course completion processes, including exam grading, certificate submission, and DMV system updates. Maintain inventory and ensure educational materials are always available, organized, and up to standard. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance. Sales & Customer Experience Strategy Analyze sales performance, trends, and client feedback to develop strategies that increase enrollments and referrals. Support the team in overcoming objections, improving communication, and delivering a high-conversion experience. Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into retention opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to implement growth initiatives and optimize lead follow-up processes. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Coordinate with customer service, sales, and compliance departments to improve client experience and resolve delays. Share data insights and performance metrics with leadership to align on goals and resource needs.Qualifications:
High School Diploma Must be able to get Instructor license A high-energy, sales-driven mindset with a knack for connecting with people. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education (preferred). Stellar communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required) A hunger to achieve and exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.Job Type:
