Rancho Cucamonga, CA | Onsite Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for managing field operations, supervising crews, and ensuring the successful execution of assigned construction projects. This role serves as an onsite point of contact for customers, supervisors, and internal teams while driving productivity, safety, quality, schedule adherence, and profitability across multiple job sites. The Operations Manager maintains a working knowledge of NFPA codes and standards that govern the projects they are assigned to ensure compliance and proper execution. What You'll Get Make More. The compensation range for this position is $85,000- 110,000 annual salary.
