EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years of relevant experience; strong organizational, communication, and computer skills required. Coordinate and communicate with other departments; independently prioritize tasks and support spa operations and guest services. Serve as Millennium system specialist, assisting with staff training and ensuring proper data entry procedures. Support management with monthly inventory, sales tracking, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
