Job Summary Job Summary The Executive and Board Operations Specialist serves as a highly trusted strategic and administrative partner to the CEO and Cabinet. This multifaceted role combines executive support, office operations management, and governance administration to ensure the efficient functioning of the charter school network's home office and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced educational environment. This individual serves as a key liaison among executive leadership, board members, school leaders, staff, families, and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting senior executives, boards, or leadership teams. Experience managing complex calendars, projects, and stakeholder communications. Experience preparing meeting minutes and maintaining official records. Demonstrated proficiency in office technology, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Docusign.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in K-12 education, charter schools, nonprofit organizations, or public sector environments. Experience supporting a Board of Directors or governing board. Knowledge of charter school governance and compliance requirements. Project management experience. Experience in marketing and social media content management. Bilingual in Spanish.
