Business Manager

NPG of Monterey-Salinas is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Manager to lead core financial operations, oversee key HR functions, and drive overall business performance. This role is integral to the daily operations of the #1 television station in the market, working closely with the General Manager and department heads to ensure alignment, efficiency and continued growth. The Business Manager will serve as a critical partner across the organization, collaborating with Corporate Finance and HR teams to implement best practices, maintain compliance and support strategic initiatives. Assigned Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Media experience is preferred. Five (5) plus years' experience in accounting role. Two (2) plus years' experience in Human Resources is preferred. Ability to pass a drug and background screening Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
