Monitors, reviews and evaluates centers to ensure program compliance with Early Learning Program Performance Standards, Title 22, Title 5, and program policies. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or related field Completed coursework must include, with a grade C or better, in at least one of the following core areas: Child/Human growth and development; Child Family and community or Child and Family Relations ECE curriculum course Hold a valid CCTCC Child Development Site Supervisor Permit higher Experience supervising and providing training to teaching staff Minimum of two (2) years' experience in an infant/toddler or preschool classroom
Licenses and Certifications:
Possess an appropriate California driver's license with evidence of insurability Possession of Pediatric First aid and Pediatric CPR certificates within 90 days of employment Certification as reliable in preschool and/or toddler CLASS tools or receive certification within 30 days of job offer Copy of Transcript ( Must Show Confer Date) Credential Copy (CCTCC Child Development Site Supervisor Permit higher) Letter of Introduction Resume Requirements /
