We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead Silver Air's digital storytelling across all social platforms. This on-site role is ideal for a hands-on content expert who excels in luxury branding, understands digital trends, and can translate our premium experience into a compelling online presence. This on-site role offers hands-on collaboration with the CEO, Director of Business, Marketing Consultant, and team for quick-turnaround projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow audience, engagement, and brand equity. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (photo, video, captions) across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Collaborate with internal teams (charter sales, aircraft management, people ops) to align messaging with business priorities. Monitor trends, audience sentiment, and competitive activity to inform campaigns and creative direction. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice tailored to each platform. Oversee community management—engaging with followers, responding to messages, and proactively managing the brand's online reputation. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and content performance, adjusting strategies based on data. Manage relationships with external vendors and influencers when appropriate. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in luxury, travel, aviation, or lifestyle sectors. Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills with a strong understanding of brand tone and aesthetics. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, mobile photography, short-form video editing). Proven ability to grow brand awareness and engagement through organic content strategies. Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Familiarity with paid social campaigns and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) a plus.
