Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Hospitality Operations Lead to support daily operations across two Santa Cruz hotels. You will help coordinate housekeeping, guest service, property readiness, follow-through, and team communication. This is a hands-on role for someone forward-thinking who enjoys building better checklists, routines, and practical technology-enabled workflows. Housekeeping leadership or hotel operations experience is preferred. Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus. Full-time, $26-$30 per hour, with a fully furnished private one-bedroom included. Immediate start preferred. The initial assignment is expected to run through December 31, with possible continuation based on fit and business needs.
