Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations for a fast-paced automotive wholesale distribution center in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on warehouse leader who understands inventory control, order fulfillment, receiving, safety, staff accountability, and the pace of wholesale distribution. The Operations Manager will play a key role in improving warehouse efficiency, maintaining accurate inventory flow, supporting customer order fulfillment, and building a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including workflow, staffing, productivity, receiving, inventory control, pick/pack, order pulling, Will Call, and drop-ship activity.
- Lead, schedule, train, coach, and hold warehouse employees accountable for safety, accuracy, attendance, productivity, and performance standards.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, bin location management, material flow, receiving of incoming containers, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.
- Enforce warehouse safety protocols, OSHA and company safety standards, forklift procedures, and proper equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate warehouse maintenance, repairs, layout changes, equipment needs, and future expansion projects to improve space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Partner with purchasing, sales, and other internal teams to support accurate inventory availability and timely customer order fulfillment. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $125,000 per year.
