Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Deposit Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Main Administrative Office. This in-office position is responsible for performing operational tasks transitioned from the branches in support of a centralized Deposit Operations model. This role helps reduce branch operational burden, improve consistency, and support a stronger customer experience by completing assigned work accurately, efficiently, and within established service expectations. The Deposit Operations Coordinator provides day-to-day operational support to branch teams, handles assigned deposit operations functions, and assists with real-time escalation needs related to digital banking and other deposit-related processes. This role works closely with the Branches and Central Operations to ensure operational work is performed accurately, timely, and in alignment with customer experience expectations. What You'll Do Process centralized deposit operations activities, including return mail, deposit verification, rate updates, ACH/UIR exceptions, and digital banking escalations. Complete assigned work accurately, efficiently, and within established service and turnaround expectations. Support branch staff with operational questions, account servicing issues, and escalations. Review requests and documentation for completeness and accuracy. Track assigned work, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure issues are resolved timely. Research and resolve deposit and customer account-related issues, escalating complex or high-risk matters as appropriate. Communicate professionally with branch teams, internal partners, and customers when direct contact is needed. Follow established procedures, controls, and workflows to ensure consistent and accurate service. Serve as a resource to branch employees by providing guidance and support on operational processes. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce rework, and enhance customer and branch experience. Support new procedures, workflow changes, and other operational improvements. Perform other related duties as assigned. An Ideal Candidate Will Possess Working knowledge of deposit accounts, operational processing, digital banking support, and branch servicing needs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong customer service and internal service mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. Proficiency in core banking and related operational systems. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of banking, branch operations, deposit operations, or related experience.
Compensation:
