Job Description

Marriott is seeking a Food and Beverage Admin to support daily restaurant and banquet operations in our hotel. In this role, you will coordinate staff schedules, manage reservations, assist with menus and event orders, and maintain accurate inventory and billing records. You'll collaborate closely with F&B managers, chefs, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service, timely communication, and adherence to brand standards. Ideal candidates bring strong organization, hospitality experience, and comfort with POS and office software in a fast-paced guest-focused environment. Responsibilities Support daily food and beverage operations for restaurants and banquets Prepare and maintain staff schedules, timekeeping records, and shift changes Assist with reservations, event orders, menus, and guest communication Manage inventory counts, ordering, and coordination with suppliers Process invoices, payments, and basic financial reports for F&BMaintain accurate POS, sales, and billing records Coordinate with F&B managers, chefs, and front-of-house teams Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and food-handling standards Respond to internal and guest inquiries promptly and professionally Compile operational reports and support special projects as needed Required Skills Food & beverage operations knowledge Hospitality management software (e.g., MICROS/Opera) Scheduling and timekeeping systems Inventory and ordering systems Basic accounting and invoicing Microsoft Excel and Word POS system administration Cash reconciliation and reporting Data entry and recordkeeping Customer service and communication
