LLC The Opportunity:
Tracy Renewable Energy is seeking a high-caliber Operations & Account Coordinator . This is a strategic hybrid role designed for a professionally minded person with roots or knowledge of the environmental services and industrial remediation industry . We are looking for someone who understands the operational scale of firms like Clean Harbors, Heritage-Crystal Clean, or Grammar , but wants the agility and growth potential of an innovative technology firm. You will start by stabilizing our office operations and government contract administration, with a rapid path toward Technical Account Management and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Environmental Industry & Government Compliance Contract Administration:
Help manage documentation for local, state, and federal government contracts (e.g., Caltrans, DGS, EPA).
Regulatory Tracking:
Oversee incoming manifests, technical reports, and compliance filings for remediation and water treatment projects.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity (hazardous waste, tank removal, and ZLD systems). 2.
Account Management & Sales Evolution Technical Liaison:
Act as the point of contact for industrial partners, translating TRE's proprietary technology (pyrolysis, gasification, distillation "SteamBoy") into client solutions.
Sales Support:
Qualify leads in the environmental sector and assist in drafting complex, multi-phase project proposals.
Relationship Growth:
Move from assistant administrative support to managing long-term account health and identifying upsell opportunities in sustainable infrastructure. 3. Operational Excellence Oversee office logistics, professional correspondence, and executive scheduling. Maintain precise digital records for patents, industrial certifications, and project flow charts.
Who You Are:
Industry-Fluent:
You understand the difference between hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams and are familiar with the service models of major environmental firms.
Contract Savvy:
You have experience navigating government procurement processes or reporting requirements. A "High-Output"
Professional:
You are organized to a fault and comfortable with technical documentation (industrial machinery, chemicals, and remediation).
Growth-Oriented:
You aren't just looking for a desk job; you want to leverage your administrative skills to become a leader in technical sales.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5+ years in the environmental, remediation, or industrial services industry.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with DTSC , RCRA, CEQA, or
HAZWOPER
standards is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Google Workspace, and digital project management; ability to read technical specifications.
Communication:

Pay:
$66,340.93 - $79,894.45 per year
