A growing manufacturing organization in Vista is looking for an HR Operations Manager to oversee HR processes for a growing employee population.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both the people side and operational side of HR. You'll oversee HR administration, employee relations, benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, recruiting, and HR systems while partnering with Operations leadership.
