Responsibilities Assist with basic soldering of electronic components and circuit boards under the guidance of experienced technicians. Support soldering technicians and production staff with day-to-day production activities. Prepare, organize, and stage materials, tools, and workstations for production runs. Inspect parts for visible defects before and after soldering to ensure quality standards are met. Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift. Handle small parts with care and precision to avoid damage and ensure proper assembly. Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines while performing production and assembly tasks. Essential Skills Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed handwork in a production environment. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for soldering and assembly tasks. Attire should be appropriate for a manufacturing setting, allowing you to work comfortably and safely with tools and materials. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
