While previous management experience is a plus, you do not need to currently be an Office Manager to be considered. We are willing to train and develop the right person who has strong dental front-office experience, solid insurance knowledge, natural leadership ability, and a genuine desire to grow. We are looking for someone who doesn't just want a job. We want someone who wants to learn the business side of dentistry, develop as a leader, take ownership of their role, and help a practice continue to grow. What We're Looking For The right candidate will: Have 3+ years of dental front-office experience Have strong dental insurance knowledge , including eligibility, benefits, frequencies, maximums, deductibles, EOBs, claims, estimates, and treatment planning Be comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients Understand the importance of collections, scheduling, case acceptance, and maintaining a productive schedule Have a growth mindset and be open to coaching, feedback, and continued development Be organized, accountable, dependable, and able to follow established systems Be confident enough to lead while still being willing to learn Communicate professionally and work well with doctors, team members, and leadership Be solutions-focused and willing to jump in wherever needed Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Enjoy setting goals, tracking results, and celebrating team wins You May Be a Great Fit If... You are currently a treatment coordinator, insurance coordinator, lead front-office team member, assistant manager, or experienced dental administrator who knows you are capable of more and are ready for the opportunity to prove it. We can teach management systems, leadership processes, and the operational side of the role. What we need you to bring is a strong dental foundation, excellent insurance knowledge, accountability, initiative, and the desire to grow into a strong leader. The Role This position will ultimately oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, including team leadership, scheduling, patient experience, insurance and financial workflows, collections, treatment coordination, operational systems, and practice growth. You will work closely with experienced leadership and receive hands-on training and support as you develop into the role. Our goal is not simply to fill a management position—we want to develop someone who can become an integral part of the practice's long-term success.
