• The Product Operations team sits within the Global Business Applied AI (GBAI) team and is responsible for leading sales tools strategy across business operations, governance, legal compliance, sales enablement, and measurement and analytics.

As a Strategy and Operations Manager on the GBAI Operations team, you will lead a team supporting assignments, channel management, data governance, and innovation programs. You will propose data-driven approaches to drive sales and operations excellence while focusing on process improvement and automation. Collaborating with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, risk, compliance, legal, and finance, you will influence executive decision-making to develop scalable, strategic solutions for Google's sellers. The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google's full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.
