Tasting Room Manager- Sweet Heart Winery | Loveland, Colorado Flagship Location - 5500 W. Highway 34 Sweet Heart Wine is one of Colorado's most recognized and fastest-growing winery brands, known for elevated guest experiences, award-winning wines, and unforgettable hospitality. Recognized as a Top 10 Winery in the United States, our flagship Loveland tasting room operates in a dynamic, high-volume environment featuring weddings, events, guided tastings, wine club experiences, premium food and beverage service, and thousands of guests throughout the year. We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Tasting Room Manager to help lead daily operations at our flagship location while coaching and developing a hospitality team focused on excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads confidently under pressure, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys building strong teams while delivering premium guest experiences. What You'll Do - Leadership & Floor Operations Lead day-to-day tasting room operations at our flagship location Serve as Manager on Duty during scheduled shifts Run the floor during high-volume weekends and events Maintain awareness of guest flow, staffing levels, and operational efficiency Ensure exceptional guest experiences and premium hospitality standards Lead with urgency, professionalism, positivity, and accountability Team Coaching & Staff Development Coach, mentor, and develop hospitality staff daily Teach team roles, responsibilities, and operational expectations Reinforce hospitality standards and operational discipline Correct and coach staff in real time when needed Support onboarding and ongoing employee development Help create a culture focused on teamwork, performance, and winning each day Operational Oversight Coordinate scheduling and staffing needs with leadership teams Ensure food and beverage ordering is accurate, timely, and organized Assist with kitchen oversight and operational coordination Maintain clean, organized, and efficient systems Support inventory flow and operational readiness Help ensure company standards and procedures are consistently followed Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Weddings & Events leadership Coordinate with Wine Club and Guided Tastings teams Partner with leadership across departments to ensure alignment and communication Participate in operational planning and leadership meetings What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, restaurant, winery, beverage, or high-volume service environments Strong leadership and coaching ability Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Strong attention to detail and operational follow-through Adaptability and problem-solving skills Demonstrated evidence of organization and accountability Ability to supervise, direct, and motivate teams in fast-paced environments Technical Aptitude Strong technical aptitude is highly valued in this role.
