Working in collaboration with the Director, Ambulatory Operations, the Supervisor, Ambulatory Operations position strategically leads and monitors the daily operations, optimization efforts, transformational projects, clinic design, space allocation, staffing models and development, performance improvement, business plans, patient experience, clinician relations, care coordination, and other responsibilities for assigned "Small" or "Micro" sized Hospital-based or Community-based ambulatory site.
