Job Description

Service Supervisor - Lead a Team, Stay Hands-On (Must have experience) If you have pest control experience and are ready to step into leadership without losing the hands-on part of the job, this could be the right move for you. Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is growing and looking for a Service Supervisor to help lead daily operations, support technicians, and maintain high service standards.
In This Role, You Will:
Lead a team of Service Professionals and set the tone for performance Provide coaching, support, and accountability Manage scheduling, routing, and daily coverage needs Step into the field when needed for inspections and treatments Solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance standards are met What Makes You a Fit Pest control experience is required 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Willingness and ability to occasionally perform technical service work in the field Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communication skills Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems Safe driver with a valid driver's license and strong driving record
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and work on your feet throughout the day Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Licenses:
Commercial Applicator License (Core) or ability to obtain (as required by Connecticut regulations)
