Our North Haven warehouse receives, organizes, and prepares inventory throughout the month, and we host warehouse sales approximately one to two weekends each month. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Part-Time Warehouse & Sales Associate to support both our warehouse operations and our weekend sales. This is a hands-on, straightforward role for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in doing good work, and is comfortable helping wherever needed. Most shifts are typically scheduled between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on selected weekdays and weekends. Hours are part-time and flexible, but applicants must be available to work during scheduled warehouse-sale weekends as well as on some weekdays to help receive, restock, and organize inventory. What you'll do Help unload incoming shipments of clothing and other merchandise Unpack, hang, sort, tag, and organize apparel inventory Restock and reorganize the warehouse in preparation for upcoming sales Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for customers and team members Serve as a cashier during sales using our simple point-of-sale system; training is provided Help customers as needed during warehouse-sale events Complete other general warehouse and sales-floor tasks as assigned What we're looking for A reliable, punctual person with dependable transportation to North Haven, CT Availability for some weekday shifts and weekend warehouse-sale dates A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to stay productive Ability to follow directions, work independently when needed, and collaborate with a small team Retail, warehouse, cashier, or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required Why work with us?
