Description Position Summary:
A second-generation family-owned business is seeking a forward-thinking, highly capable Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the resource strategy of a dynamic, technology-driven enterprise that is experiencing significant growth and development. This is not a traditional administrative HR position. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to company leadership, developing strategies to attract, develop, retain, and engage the team members needed to support the company's continued growth. The ideal candidate is a people leader, problem solver, process builder, and change agent who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and embraces a dynamic work environment, technology, data, continuous improvement, and innovation. The successful candidate will help create an organization where employees understand our direction, what is expected of them, how they can grow, and why they matter to our success.Job Status:
Non-exempt Reporting Structure:
The Human Resources Manager reports to the Executive Vice President.Working Hours:
The Human Resource Manager works from 7:00 to 3:30 p.m. in the corporate office Monday through Friday. Occasional visits to other office locations, job site locations, and overtime may be required to meet the needs of the business.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, or business-related field.
- 5-10 years People Operations and/or HR experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or construction preferred but not required.
