Memorial Regional Hospital - Hollywood, FL Fusion Parking is seeking a professional and highly organized Porte Coordinator to manage the active valet area and coordinate the intake, key control, staging, and movement of guest vehicles at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL. This role combines guest-facing vehicle intake and documentation with direct responsibility for secure key handling to keep the porte cochere safe, orderly, and efficient. Responsibilities Greet arriving guests, assist with the valet process, and maintain a welcoming, professional presence in the porte cochere. Intake arriving vehicles, accurately enter vehicle information into the valet management system, and document pre-existing vehicle damage before parking. Receive, secure, organize, and account for vehicle keys while vehicles are awaiting parking or retrieval. Maintain direct control of keys for vehicles at the front of the active staging line and release keys only to the assigned Attendant when the vehicle is ready to be moved. Coordinate vehicle assignments and communicate clearly with Valet Attendants regarding which vehicles should be parked or retrieved next. Monitor the porte cochere and staging area to maintain safe traffic flow, proper vehicle positioning, and clear pedestrian access. Keep valet software records, key-control information, and vehicle status information accurate and up to date throughout the shift. Assist guests with directions, mobility-related needs, or general valet questions and escalate service concerns when necessary. Report lost keys, vehicle discrepancies, damage concerns, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to a Supervisor. Qualifications Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability when handling guest keys and vehicle information. Good customer service and communication skills, including the ability to provide clear direction to Parking Attendants. Comfort learning and using valet software, handheld devices, radios, and electronic ticketing systems. Ability to work on your feet and remain focused in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred. Preferred Skills Prior experience in valet operations, hospitality, parking, healthcare, dispatch, or key-control functions. Experience coordinating vehicle flow or directing staff in a busy guest-service environment. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy, security, and a calm professional demeanor.
