Supervisor for In-Room Dining (IRD will be responsible for training and motivating staff to ensure the highest standard of service and presentation, filling in for management when needed. The ideal candidate will set the tone through their dedication and passion by reinforcing the service expectations, teaching less experience members of the team, and challenging colleagues to excel. This individual should be a key driver of Forbes Travel Guide standards, who strives to exemplify the values and beliefs of Eau Resort & Spa. We have a Full-Time position available. This role is an p.m. position. All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. (Open and flexible availability preferred)
