The right person will be a highly experienced Guesty user who understands short-term rental operations and can confidently manage guests, reservations, property issues, and owner communication. We are looking for someone who can step into Guesty with minimal training and become our go-to person for short-term rental operations. What You'll Do Own day-to-day short-term rental operations through Guesty Manage reservations, availability, listings, and guest communication Provide timely, professional support to guests before, during, and after their stays Coordinate with maintenance, cleaners, and vendors when property issues arise Communicate professionally with property owners and answer property-related questions Assist with pricing, discounts, refunds, and other reservation-related decisions Help ensure properties and reservations stay organized as our portfolio grows Provide after-hours support when urgent guest or property issues arise What We're Looking For Strong, hands-on Guesty experience is required Experience in short-term or vacation rental management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple properties and reservations Experience working with guests, owners, vendors, and maintenance teams Understanding of short-term rental pricing, revenue, and basic financial concepts Reliable, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership of the role The Opportunity This is an important role within a growing property management company.
